'Moët & Chandon' enameled in black on front panel, 'EPERNAY' enameled in black on right panel, 'M&C 4759' enameled in black on left panel. Double, red enamel bands, framing inscriptions, extend around perimeter of box. Three red bands painted down center of lid. Additional red marks punctuate four sides of lid. Two simulated, twisted wires at the front corners of lid enameled in red. Lid, attached to spring mechanism, hinged on back.
