Model of South Bank, Thames River Wall. A model of the new river wall seen recently at the County hall, Westminster. Work started recently on the construction at a cost of a quarter of a million pounds, of a river wall between County Hall and Waterloo Bridge; first part of the construction scheme of the 1931 festival of Britain.
