March for Water, World Water Day 2009, in downtown Los Angeles. March 22, 2009. A community march highlighting the local state water crisis that has resulted from a dysfunctional management, and to raise awareness of the plight of the people that are suffering from a global mismanagement of water. The length of the march approximately 3 miles, is the distance on average, people in other places of the world have to walk to find water to sustain their lives.
