Their Majesties, who were accompanied by the Princesses Elizabeth and Margaret, were received by Lady Nathan and the Duke of Wellington, Lord Lieuthenant for the County of London, and after speech-making in the Council Chamber the Royal Family was conducted to the Conference Hall where dancing was in progress.
