Lashed By Storm -- The Texas Tower, first of a series of early warning radar stations to guard the Atlantic coast, is being lashed today by a storm of hurricane violence. So far there have been no casualties among the 87 persons aboard. Reports have been received via marine telephone from AP staffer Don Guy, who, with a group of Air Force and civilian technicians, have been marooned atop it since Thursday.
