Laborers are carrying packets of food and stacking them in a truck as government officials and workers prepare food packets to be distributed by NDRF (National Disaster Response Force) personnel from helicopters to flood victims in different parts of Tripura. This effort is organized by the Food Department in collaboration with other government departments in Agartala, Tripura, India.
