Judge Levine in the Quarter Sessions Appeals Court today upheld an appeal by four University of New South Wales students and quashed their conviction for publishing an obscene publication. The death of a 19-year-old girl might not have occurred but for the attitude of her parents, Judge Levine said in Darlinghurst Quarter Sessions today.The Judge was sentencing Gerard O'Halloran, 20, deck-hand, of Wycombe Road, Neutral Bay, for having been an accessory in procuring a mis-carriage on August 7.
