Japan Recalls Three Generals -- (L to R) General Matsui, Lieut.-General Prince Yasuhiko Asaka and Lieut.-General Heisuke Yanagawa, the three recalled Japanese generals.Imperial headquarters in Tokyo confirmed today that Lieut.-General Hata, the former commander in Formosa, will replace General Matsui as commander of the Japanese troops in China.
