Japan To Build Baby Bombers -- The deadly little Fletcher defender fire-bomber will be the first post war aircraft to be built in Japan. The agreement with the Fletcher aviation company of Pasadena, California, and the Toyo aircraft company of Tokyo signed recently stipulates that Japan may not sell the planes to communist countries.
