The Horsehead Nebula is located near the 'belt' of three stars in the Orion Constellation. In this deep wide field image we see vast swirls of dust clouds and blue reflection nebulas. The bright nebula to the left of the Horsehead is called the 'Flame Nebula' or NGC 2024. The image was taken with a Takahashi TOA 130 refractor and SBIG STX 16803 CCD camera from Foresthill, CA.
