Great Clyde Towing Feat -- Towed by eight tugs, a 42,000-ton floating dock with the former German battle cruiser "Derfflinger"- recently salvaged from Scape Flow - aboard, was yesterday taken up the Clyde to Faslane to the breaking-up yards. The huge German ship, still in its upside-down position, was larger than the dock, and overlapped at each end. This picture taken from a specially chartered aircraft shows the dock with the "Derfflinger" on board being towed up the Clyde.
