In glorious sunshine, with the temperature in the 80s, thousands of holiday makers packed London again to-day to see the Coronation sights. It was the third day of the London invasion. And it was a day of sports clothes for the men and colourful summer dresses for the women.The crowds flocked to the Coronation route. The Queen is at windsor, but thousands still gathered outside Buckingham place. They overflowed the pavements in the Mall and walked sometimes five abreast, in the road. May 25, 1953.
