General O'Duffy Defies De Valera -- Members of the Blueshirts at work in their headquarters in Dublin.Within a few hours of the issue by Mr. de Valera of a dramatic proclamation outlawing the Young Ireland Association and its uniform, General O'Duffy stated that his organisation would not be intimidated and that he and his followers would continue to wear their blue shirts. It is believed that Mr. De Valero dare not ignore this defiance of his authority, and that if General O'Duffy persists in his attitude his arrest and trial at the hands of a military tribunal will be inevitable.
