US rights for the instruments have been assigned to the Scientific Research Institute of New York. Following on the widespread acceptance of the electron microscope, a French astronomer, M. Andre Lallemande, has announced the development of an electron telescope which is claimed to have great possibilities. The new telescope needs perfecting, but it has already allowed good ph
