France. Rennes; city; Ille-et-Vilaine department, Brittany. The seventy-two granite columns, 4.50 meters high, stand at the edge of Beauregard Park. They were created by Aurélie de Nemours and named "Alignment of the 21st Century". Perfectly aligned, in an orthogonal arrangement on a rectangular plan, they are the link between two landscapes, on one side the green and tree-lined flow of the park, on the other, the district, mineral and urban symbolized among other things by the modern FRAC building (Brittany Regional Contemporary Art Fund).
