Flying Classroom -- This is the first flight view of the Royal Canadian Air Force's Expeditor aircraft, a specially modified Beechcraft twin-engine model D18S designed for use in training R.C.A.F. student pilots and navigators, and for light transport work within the framework of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation. Equipped as flying classrooms with student stations in the cabins, Expeditor navigation trainers carry the latest navigational devices for both elementary and advanced navigation students. Another type of Expeditor is designed to carry R.C.A.F, student pilots through all phases of multi-engine pilot training. December 4, 1951. (Photo by Reuterphoto).
