Finishes With First Fiance - Sheila Hynes, 19-year-old English girl, and Carl Wesch, 23, talk over wedding plans in home of Wesch's mother here yesterday. Sheila said that she finally made up her mind to marry Carl despite the fact that she came to the United States from England last week to marry his pal.
