Rumania's Communists forbade them to return - and would not let the boys go.Last year Mr. Georfceacu said a Rumanian diplomat in Washington offered freedom for the boys if he would spy for the Communists. The diplomat was ordered to leave the U.S.Yesterday the boys were flown to Munich and met by their father. Then on to London Airport, where they are pictured last night - Constantin, aged 19, on the left, and Peter, 15, right.They have forgotten English.
