Fashions Art In Wire -- Miss Wendy Soiling, the young Australian sculptress, views her "Bullocky and his Whip" - one of the wire 'sculptures' on show at her first London exhibition, being held at the Galerie Apollinaire, Charing Cross Road. Many of Miss Solling's works are made of wire. She twists and fastens fencing wire into shape. Claims rusting does not detract. Three times postponed owing to fuel restrictions on lighting, the exhibition was opened by Mr. Harrison, Resident Australian Minister in London. February 15, 1951.
