The plans of the lower stories are octagonal. Both have openings at the front, with balustrades below. The lower one has the shape of an arch. The upper one is angular. Above the entablature of the central story stand statues. The top story has the shape of a round pavilion, with pairs of columns supporting the entablature. Three bells are shown.
