Dr. Dafoe Talks on Quins in Cleveland -- Dr. Allan Roy Dafoe, famous doctor for the Dionne Quintuplets, as he addressed the first American Congress on Obsterics and Gynecology at the Public Hall here Sept. 12. Dr. Dafoe was persuaded to attend the Congress because his part in the Congress program would help greatly in furthering its plan to reduce maternal and infant deaths and Morbicity. The congress, first of its kind, is designed to correlate nationally the activities of more than a score of organizations combating childbirth death and to increase public knowledge of the precautionary steps which must be taken by expectant mothers.
