A dog with more than the usual number of tricks in her repertoire is Bubbles, owned by Mrs. Daley, of Windsor, Brisbane. Bubbles, who is shown here engrossed in a book, smoke and seated comfortably on her chair, has done several shows for charity and is a favorite with kidides in the district. Bubbles can also do other tricks including rolling along on a moving barrel. She also can be - and is - entrusted with the family basket and often takes home the day's food supply from a nearby shop.
