The three men accused of conspiring together and with Joseph Grech, a Maltese, to divert the course of justice by fabricating evidence at Grech's trail at London sessions in October 1954, are Ben Canter, a Solicitor of Finchley Road, Hamstead, Morris Page, a job buyer of Bedford Court Mansions, Holborn, and Det Sgt.
