Cyanide Cocktail Deaths Defendants In Court -- Harlow Fraden, 20, left, declared insane by Bellevue Hospital psychiatrists, and Dennis Wepman, 22, Fraden's alleged accomplice, appear in Bronx County Court today for arraignment in the cyanide-champagne cocktail deaths of Fraden's parents, Dr. and Mrs. William Fraden, last August.
