The crown made for Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother, on the coronation of King George VI when she was Queen Consort. The crown was made by Messrs. Garrard, and mounted in platinum. The foundation is a circlet used by Queen Victoria for court functions, and the Koh-i-Noor diamond is set in the front cross-pat饠springing from it.
