Coronation Attire -- (Right) A court dress suitable for wear by Peeresses Beneath their Roses at the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II. The tiara is replaced by a coronet (or newly designed crimson velvet cap adorned with gold tassel as held in the model's hands) at the moments the Queen is crowned. At left is a head covering which conforms to the regulations laid down by the Earl Marshal (The Duke of Norfolk) for ladies other than Perresses who will be attending the ceremony.
