Saqqara served as a huge burial ground in ancient Egypt and was the cemetery for the ancient Egyptian capital of Memphis. Djosers Step Pyramid is also here. Idut (also known as Seshsehset) is thought to be the daughter of the Unas, a king of the Fifth Dynasty (c. 2494-2345 B.C.) The image is credited to Belgium art historian Jean Capart (1877-1947) and Emil Roemmler (died 1941).
