Cartons of frozen dairy products (butter, eggs, cream, cheese) imported from France and Italy, arranged on wooden shelves inside a container. The inside of one of the 10 containers where the food is stored. The containers are simply placed on the snow. The temperature is always below -18°C. Every week, a few volunteers spend an hour putting a selection of foodstuffs into the freezers and refrigerators inside the station, as requested by the cooks.
