Six Teddy Boys -- Edwardian-suited British youngsters who have gained a reputation in recent years for hoodlum behaviour -- Thursday night held up four Indians in a London shop and robbed them of £350. The six youths entered the shop, where they sell imitation public--i.e., private--school ties, brandishing knives. One said "I have a gun. We want money. Turn out your pockets". December 30, 1955.
