Britain Keeps Up Her Tank Supply to Russia -- A "Matilda" tank being sealed under the direction of M. S.V. Gurov, a Russian technician whose instructions are interpreted by Sgt. Crichton standing at his side. In an ordnance depot in the country, tanks and tank spares are being despatched to Russia in a constant flow. This depot deals with over 267,000 component parts of motor and armoured fighting vehicles. All prevent damage to be hermetically sealed to the condensation in ships' holds, and sudden changes of temperature. April 17, 1942. (Photo by Fox Photos).
