It is the first to be released outside England and the only one in Australia. (The first was presented to the Duke of Edinburgh in November last year by the Raleigh Industries, England. Made from the finest Royal Grown Derby china it measures 14i by 10i inches and features a colored portrait of Queen Elizabeth bordered in gold and white and hand-painted by R.E.
