"It's Being So Cheerful." - Two mournful-looking spaniel puppies "Topsy" (left) and "Tipsy" (right) apparently with all the cares of the world on their six-weeks old shoulders. However, their looks belie their natures, for they are really full of fun - perhaps they have just been up to more mischief than usual and think they will keep out of trouble if they look sorry for themselves They belong to Mrs. Elsie Houghton of New Malden, who sometimes wishes that they were only half as subdued as they look here. Mrs. Elsie Houghton of Portland Avenue, New Malden (Surrey) finds that she has her hands full with her "babies" a litter of six-weeks old spaniel puppies, but they also provide her with plenty of amusement by their mischievous antics.
