Banned Serenade For Royal Pair:The band provides music for the crowd's 'serenade' of the banned first verse of "Deutschland Ueber Alles", in honor of Prince Ernst August Von Hanover and his bride, Princess Ortrud Zu Schleswig-Holstein Sonderburg Gluecksburg, when some 4,000 local well-wishers staged a torchlight parade at Marienburg Castle. A police guard stands before the royal couple as they listen.The procession took place on the eve of the pair's church wedding at Hanover.They were married last week at a civil ceremony held at the Castle. September 5, 1951.
