The arch rises from two barges. Corinthian columns support the entablature. Above stands a pedestal upon steps. Statues stand at the corners of teh lowest one. On top is a group. The complicated plan of the basin is incompletely shown. Rostral columns stand at its corners which are flanking the arch.
