Alamein Reunion 1952 - General Ridgeway, Field Marshal Viscount, Montgomery, and Mr. Churchill enjoy a joke during tonight's Alamein Reunion.Field-Marshall Lord Montgomery, Prime Minister Winston Churchill and Field-Marshal Lord Alexander, Minister of Defence, were among the distinguished personalities who attended the annual El Alamein Reunion, held at the Empress Hall, Earls Court, London.Field Marshall Montgomery was the 'architect' of war-time Premier, and Lord Alexander was Commander-in-Chief, Middle East, at the time of the battle.
