After losing Oswald the Rabbit, Walt Disney undertook the first Mickey Mouse cartoons, which proved so successful he was forced to expand his staff and move to larger studios at Hyperion and Griffith Park Blvd.s, in Los Angeles. This picture, taken in front of the new studios, was made in 1928 or 1929. July 29, 1955.
