Name: Admiral Reinhard Scheer (1863-1928) - An Admiral in the Imperial German Navy, Scheer led the German fleet at the Battle of Jutland in 1916. In 1918, he was promoted to Chief of Naval Staff, in this position, he organised an attack on the British Navy in a final bid to win the war but the sailors mutinied so Scheer resigned at the end of the First World War.
