Above is the chair, seen from the front, the legs and the fore part of the arm being omitted, at right. The seat is upholstered. The back is high oval with straw plaiting supported by the upper part of the back legs. The arms begin above, at the back, and end in the upper part of the front legs which have the shape of two calices, one in the other. Below and at right are two sketches for the curved arms. On the reverse is part of the architectural plan with the letters "C", "f, and the caption, written by the artist: "Loggia e sotto / stalla". Usual background.
