Volunteers for the Samaritans go out in the field to find illegal immigrants who might need medical care. Working with nurse Sarah Roberts, near Mariposa on the Mexican side of the border crossing. There's a tent there put up by the Samaritans with volunteers who give people who have been returned over the border by Border Patrol agents who had captured them over the night. They are given coffee, food and minor medical attention. Sarah Roberts is there to supervise medical care.
