Spiritual ministrations are a critical part of care at the Buddhist hospice in Lopburi City, Thailand. This Buddhist monk visits AIDS patients daily. Diagnosed with AIDS himself, he came to the hospice for treatment and became a monk. Patients receive the anti retroviral cocktail of drugs and vitamins that help control their condition. The hospice is sponsored by the Wat Pra Bahpnampu Temple in Lopburi Province.
