On Lok Senior Health Services was founded to deal with an aging Chinese population but is now diversified to included all ethnic groups. Most of the medical staff of nurses, doctors, and aides are foreign born. Many of the aides were doctors and nurses in their own countries, but didn't get certified in the U.S. ( like the young man with glasses on the left, a nurse who has come over from mainland China)
