A Nyangatom woman and child stand by her temporary shelter. The adult women wear many layers of bead necklaces and elegant skirts with a short beaded fringe at the font and long calfskin tail reaching the ground at the back. The Nyangatom or Bume are a Nilotic tribe of semi nomadic pastoralists who live along the banks of the Omo River in south western Ethiopia.
