Sidewalk parkway in front of the We Can Foundation Community Learning Center in South Central Los Angeles. Larry Santoyo of Earthflow Design Works helped the Center design, plan and implement the permaculture system used in the parkway which makes use of drought tolerant plants and sheet mulching.
